Very poor management!!!!! I'd give negative stars if there was an option! The manager will ALWAYS have to "be right" or else she'll throw that whole "feel free to get a lawyer" thing at you. When I for sure looked up the NM state renters guide laws stating that our deposit should have been sent to us with in 30 days, if it's not given to us with in 30 days, they are obligated to pay us the FULL amount back to us. She still sent us our deposit back with deductions even though it was after the 30-day period (It was almost 2 months past). You will be accused of "harassing" her when all your trying to do is explain to her your rights and laws of the NM renters guide that SHE referred you to. I also had a different lease w/them prior and I didn't get my deposit back for almost 3-4 months I had to ask for it like she forgot about it.
Maintenance took forever to fix things; I have no idea how long our oven was out, our shower head was broken for a while, we kept asking to get the trees trimmed they were pretty much growing out over the trailer.
I wont be surprised if she were to respond to my review on here SMH.

Threatened to make me pay for existing damages because I "called too many times" to complain. Management was rude and house was not in promised condition when we arrived from Colorado. Cheap company over charging people of san juan county. Don't rent from these people.

Horrible staff. Threatened that I could leave my lease everything they broke their part of it. Entered my property without notification and warning. Told me I could have my deposit and when I gave my 30 day notice said I wouldn't get it. Never fixed anything wrong w the home when trouble tickets were out in. They are completely unprofessional. If you don't answer your phone they will repeatedly call not caring if you are at work or busy for whatever reasons and will not leave a voice-mail. Do NOT recommend renting from this company. Ever. You'd be better off homeless!!!!

Lived in a property that they purchased. They did not honor the completion of lease agreements from prior owner, instantly raised prices, and the manager lady Melissa was extremely rude and unhelpful when I stated I wanted to end the lease. Stay away from these investment companies if you want to feel like a human and not just some monthly use ATM machine.

Edit 1: As of 5/30/2022 Malessia has never even given me an itemized reason as to why I did not get my deposit back. When I moved into the place the original owner was still working on it. We left the place in almost immaculate condition and lived there less than a year, yet no deposit. This place is scammy and under the worst management possible. I'm writing it off as a loss and a lesson learned personally, but don't expect these people to be honest or empathetic to any circumstance.

I was in need a of rental ASAP and the main lady at 4gs investments helped so much!! She got me rental and the best part is it’s month to month! They are very professional, they are quick to respond to any questions or work orders! I’m still at the same place it’s over a year now. I highly recommend you contact them if your looking for a rental they have a large range of places to rent, it’s very clean and up to date and a plus is it’s affordable!

I've rented a trailer space from them for 9 or so years
There always very friendly. And willing to help when asked. I couldn't have asked for better land loards. So if your looking for a place to rent look here first there the BEST.
