I rent from these people. Shewy Realty. We pay more than we should for our place that doesn't have a backyard but it has a fenced-in side yard. And they are always telling us what we can and can't have in our backyard. Actually we can't have anything in our backyard so they say. I just believe that's illegal so I have what I want but got to keep it clean because they just look over our three foot high fence. My son just moved out of a house after renting from them and lost half his deposit over bullcrap related stuff. This place is a con. Don't rent from them if you don't have to
