I felt like I needed to give a review to let others know how unprofessional Miss Russell or Russell's Financial has been in managing my mother-in-law's Financial assets/investments. For over a year, I have witnessed the struggles and frustrations my mother-in-law has endured, by Miss Russell's unreliability, lack of communication, and disrespect for customer needs and time. Countless phone calls un answered, appointments cancelled without a reschedule appt, only later to finally get it rescheduled two months later, and cancelled again. The excuse is always, "she's overwhelmed and just so busy, she doesn have time to meet. Basically saying my mother in law's time is not important, but her money is. Money she cant get when she needs it, because Miss Russell cancels and then wont return calls. Not only that, she doesnt get montly, quarterly, yearly statements, explaining services performed, nor does she know how much shes paying for these services. My mother in law thinks shes not being charged. If that doesnt say red flag, all the unreturned calls & cancellations should. Very unprofessional and shady in my opinion. She has been trying for a month now to reschedule the appt Miss Russell cancelled. Last she told my mother was...call back in a couple months, she doesnt have time right now. Really?, she already had an appt that you cancelled!!.....sooo flippin rude. DO NOT LET HER FRIENDLY DISPOSITION FOOL YOU, nice people can be shady too.

Russell Financial Services exceeded my expectations! I went there for tax planning a few years ago because i was getting married, my wife and I are both self employed and we have a small child. She actually restructured our business entities for asset protection and so that we could tax defer a portion of our income for retirement each year, based upon the IRS tax code. Rhonda advised us on Estate Planning as well. Her affiliate company set up a Trust for us. All of our assets are now in the Trust to avoid probate and we have a guardian of minor on record, which was a big concern for us! Additionally, she wrote life insurance policies for my wife and myself, so that our child would have the necessary care provided for him. WOW, tax planning turned into Retirement and Estate planning. Thank you Russell Financial for the extra effort and attention to detail and the fact that I can now sleep peacefully at night!

After a error was made on my 2021 taxes return due to a incorrect amount being input by Rhonda and her staff. I spent a year trying to get it resolved with the IRS. Everytime I reached out with concern or help I was told by Rhonda she was “busy and did not have time” to help me with a resolution or supply documentation. 30+ hours on the phone and providing documentation myself to resolve her offices mistake a year later my refund was significantly decreased and she received a payment of $530 for her services. I called to discuss a refund due in which she told me she was not speaking to me about a refund because they did the work! I did all of the work to fix her office’s preparation error! I felt confident that my taxes were being entered correctly and checked by a professional tax preparer which was not the case for Russell Financial

All we did was turn into the wrong parking lot which ended up being Russell Financial and the lady Rhonda Russell was a complete jerk too us. I would not recommend this place to anyone with their terrible treatment to people who just went the wrong way. Rhonda is also very rude saying that we are stupid for turning around in a alley way since we were lost from out of town
