I love the way the ladies go above and beyond to help you get the best rates! They also work with you so that you don't have to be taking unecessary time off of work. Ms. Karissa has been helping me and answering all my questions and getting me the best rates for the past two years. Her availability and prompt responses are so appreciated!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Had a policy with them where they were scheduled to charge me $160 per month and it would directly get removed from my bank account. NEVER received a notice from them saying my insurance policy was going to go up by $100. So the date my insurance was supposed to be scheduled to taken out was the 21st and it by this time is now the 24th of the month and I wake up to find out my bank account has been over drawn by $403.68!!!! Because of their lack of communication and their terrible service they failed to notify me that my insurance was going up AND they took wayyyy too much money than they were supposed to. I called them and Melissa from Brawley couldn’t give me answers. They said they sent out a notice letter which according to Melissa “got lost in the mail”, therefore meaning I never received it and they still charged me not the $160 which was my initial insurance policy and not the $260 which was what it went up to but $473. So now I’m facing late payments on other things bc they won’t return the money they took out of my bank account for another 10 days. They won’t pay my overdraft fee. And they couldn’t tell me why so much was taken out in the first place. All of the ladies from here are super unprofessional and I do not recommend. Go elsewhere!
