Easy website to process my enrollment. Ashley was great. I left Napa Benefits as they have gone AI. Was not able to reach a real person. Napa Benefits has become a competitor in my Medicare business. Not going to do business with a competitor

I do NOT do Surveys....EXCEPT! for InterWeb... They have Stellar Service; their Systems Streamlined to the point of Perfection. i have no worries of missed deadlines or how to easily submit data on the first try. Drop the rest and hop onto Interweb !

I appreciate the personal touch and communication in trying to get the appropriate and adequate E&O coverage. I like the flexibility of browsing on line AND having the easy access to a human being who can walk me through the process and answer my questions. I also appreciate how the emails with receipt of payment, registration confirmation and copy of electronic certificates, sample policy and cancellations are immediately made available within minutes of submitting payments and application.
