My wife and I walked from the RV park that we were staying at to this office to purchase Mexican insurance. We quickly discovered that pictures were needed for the policy and said we would return the next day. Christian was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the RV park so he could take the necessary pictures. We are also traveling with my 91 year old father-in-law who also required insurance. Christian took pictures of both our RV's drove myself and my father-in-law back to the office. My FIL just got a new hip so he is walking with a cane, Christian sat with him at the office so he didn't need to stand through the duration. After we were both done he drove us back to the RV Park. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful young man and his customer relation skills. Thanks again to Payless Insurance and Christian!!!

Great people, best prices 👍. They always call and send bday wishes and have raffles for customers to win tvs and other cool stuff. Things other ins companies don't. To add, this is a local business that is involved in the community

The customer service agent I spoke with was named Christian Araujo and I can't recommend him enough. The guy was genuine and very helpful when I spoke to him. He gave me a lot of useful information about the current insurance market and how the rates I'm paying were actually good as is. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, he was just being upfront about insurance prices at the moment and encouraged me to check back in a few months.

These ladies are awesome. I'm set up for auto payments, but I recently made a payment in cash. When an auto payment tried to take out a second payment and overdrafted my bank account, Patty gave me a full refund no questions asked and couldn't have been any nicer. They took full responsibility and cut me a check on the spot. Very satisfied with their customer service!!
