Due to my current agent really dropping the ball on our renewals I was shopping around for a new insurance broker. I’m so glad a long-time friend Jessica reached out to try and get us some fresh coverage. She was extremely responsive, all hours of the day, and super communicative of issues with our current policy in order to better find the correct coverage for us going forward. I've been an independent insurance broker for the past 32 years.
I've known Debra Jastrow at Tatum insurance for 2 years through networking efforts.
Debra genuinely enjoys working as a Property and Casualty broker and is extremely dedicated to detail. She does not have allegiance to a specific company and will take extra time to be thorough and shop every available option for a client. Tatum is contracted with 41 different companies.
I can go on & on about how incredible I think this woman is as a professional but simply she is my personal broker and when I present insurance options to my clients or potential clients I make time in the presentation to discuss the service that Debra provides. I do this because
1) I believe she is the absolute best P&C broker I've run into in terms of knowledge and service
2) She makes me look good! I've received great feedback from clients !!

Debra Jastrow is the IDEAL insurance broker. She truly does go the extra mile to shop rates, follow-up on details, and make sure that the policy is working for me. When the insurance company did not receive my mortgage company's payment, she called me to give me the heads up, then checked back a few days later. Anyone else would have let the policy cancel leaving a customer frustrated--but not Debra. She's personable, professional, and goes the extra mile. So grateful!

We have cancelled our insurance coverage, with Tatum Insurance LLC, as we were not getting the same kind treatment we were given by Justin Roan, and he is no longer with this company anymore. We have been customers with Tatum for a lot of years. So sad! Over 10 years at lease!

It was a great experience to work with Martha Mendoza to get new insurance coverage for our homes and autos. She heard our concerns. She was very responsive to all our questions and explained multiple options! Above all she was able to get us much better coverage for both of our houses and save us about double what we were paying on our auto coverage!! We are so glad Martha helped us!!

I recently switched my insurance from State Farm to Tatum Insurance. Everyone at Tatum Insurance including the owner, Mark Tatum, made the transition very easy and pleasant. Barbara in the office was extremely nice and professional responding quickly to any questions I had. The best part is I was able to get much better insurance at a better price! I am hoping I never have to call Tatum Insurance, but I'm confident that if the need does arise, they will be there ready to help.
