Nathan was very helpful. Lots of information to make sure you are in the best buying position. Responds very fast. Made the entire process easy. First time we met was 1 year prior to opening escrow and he always kept checking in to give options. Mr. Carpenter helped me buying my first home. He was very friendly and very nicely assisted with the lending process.
