Beware Partners Capital Group will completely take advantage of you. I thought I was purchasing equipment from them, turned out to be leased. After I paid over $120,000 if found out I need to purchase it for current market value. Do not trust your sales rep, read the fine print!

I had a terrible experience with the bank group's financial lease equipment. I strongly advise against conducting any business with them and feel it's important to share my story with others who may be considering their services.

Our company had a 36-month equipment lease with them, with an agreement for a $1 buyout at the end. However, after we made the final payments, they automatically renewed the contract without our consent and withdrew the monthly payment from our bank account.

We have reached out multiple times to Partner Capital Group's customer service department, billing department, and the Vice President of Sales to request a refund of the unauthorized charge and to process the $1 buyout to close the agreement. However, they have consistently denied our requests, claiming that we should have notified them if we wanted to exercise our option to purchase the equipment for the $1 buyout. This is not only frustrating but also goes against the original agreement.

Since this is our first and last financial transaction with Partner Capital Group, it's important to warn others about their practices. If you already have a lease with them, I urge you to ensure that they do not retain your bank information to prevent future unauthorized charges.

Wish I read these reviews before dealing with them. Basically stole 5k from my account. Do not give them access to your bank account for automatic payments.

These people will lie and tell you what you want to hear just so you will sign a contract with them. I made a deal with them to get a loan for a trailer that I was planning on purchasing. The person that I was dealing with William Hyde told me that it would be a loan for 30k. I put 42k as a down payment. I was sent the contract and signed it without reading it. Well come to find out the contract I signed was for a lease. So the 30k I thought I borrowed has now turned into 60k I have to pay back and I don't even get to keep the trailer when it's paid off. I have to pay them the fair market value (72k) for the trailer on top of the 102k I already payed them for it.

This is the most criminal company to deal with when you ask for financial services. I am a physician and needed finance for a C arm or fluoroscopy equipment. They said the APR was going to be 4% and when they sent the documents to sign I trusted everything we had spoken verbally and in the document they simply put "the interest rate can be easily calculated from the monthly payment" and never put a value there. I trusted blindly the agreement and signed in my best good faith. After I started the payments my accountant reviewed the rate and payments and made me aware that I had been the victim of a hoax. The price of the equipment was around $74K and the real hoaxed APR was 6.89%. The equipment was purchased in September and since then we paid close to $1,500 a month and after we realized the HOAX we contacted the company and what an ordeal to get an answer. They basically admitted that "Sir, you signed the papers". Yes, they played with my good faith. I spoke to my bank and my bank agreed to refinance for an APR of 3.99%. Upon request of the payoff they sent a cipher of $82K , that is $8,000 of accrued interest in less than 6 months!!!. How criminals they are. Usurious, nothing less than that. I will work with my attorney to report them to the BBB and also to get the FDIC and other entities to close their usurious business. Never, but never do business with these blue collar or white collar thieves. If you look up the reviews, most of all the good ones are from the same employees who eat the same venom and there are ones like mine who were assaulted in their good faith and hoaxed.

I originally posted a negative review of Partners Capital Group highlighting several issues and questions I had regarding my lease with them (and with their associated company Financial Pacific Leasing to whom my account has been transferred).

I had been contacting the company for several months and not getting answers. Finally I posted a review online highlighting my concerns and speaking out against their business practices. Instead of reaching out to me to solve my issues, someone in the company launched a mini-smear campaign against my business. The company itself reviewed my business on Google saying that I had not honored my agreement with them. Within minutes, 2 more reviews were posted on my business page saying similar things (the reviews appear to either be from fake accounts or from employees - none of the reviewers have had interaction with me or my company). Two days later an additional review was posted specifically mentioning Partners Capital. I updated my review to include that information and told the company to reach out to me directly to address my complaints. Two days later they did reach out to me saying that they would remove all the negative reviews if I would take my review down(the CEO asked a VP to call me and get my review removed). When I said I would consider revising it or taking it down after they removed the review and addressed my above concerns, they refused until I gave them my written commitment. Since I would not commit to removing my review at that point, the CEO (Marcus) refused to give the refunds (they had already committed to do this and the refunds are relatively small amounts) and refused to remove the fake reviews.

This company appears to lack transparency and ethical standards. Better communication and more transparency would have greatly improved my experience with this company. Unless they make some serious changes, I cannot ethically recommend this company as a whole.

My experience with this company was the worst I ever had in 22 years they lie they don't respond until they want to reach out they rob me of money without permission and their interests are crazy but you will never know cause they don't provide INVOICES they also are in partnership with Pawnee leasing and their both taking advantage of small businesses the biggest scammers out here RED FLAG COMPANIES READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESSES SCAMERS

I spent days negotiating the finance of a new machine. We went back a forth over down payments and interest rates. Once we agreed on length of terms and interest rate, I was sent a completely different contract via Docusign. Starting from day one i had two different companies drawing a combined amount that was more than double my agreed upon note. I got billed for "Interim Rent" that did not apply to my terms, and after reviewing these terms I realized that I've been a victim of a bait and switch. My dollar buy-out was switch to "Fair Market" buy out. Im at the very beginning of dealing with them on this issue, but based on other reviews and complaints filed with the BBB, there is clearly a pattern of deception employed by these people.
