Tom was able to make the complicated process of buying a home extremely easy. Being duel military and having a toddler leads to a very complicated schedule, a schedule that he had no problem working with. Him and his team were able to close on out dream of fast with no issues. I have been working on purchasing a home for the past 10 months and during that time Tom and I stayed in constant contact. He answered my phone calls and repeat questions. Purchasing a home can be 1 of the more stressful things a person can go through and never did he make me feel like I was bothering him. Once I found a home it was in probate which lasted another 3 months and during that time Tom explained to me my best options allowing me to make an educated decision on what was going to be in my best interest. Once interest rates go down and it's time to refinance you better believe I'll be calling Tom.
