Stopped in from Ohio and bought 3 drinks and a snack. The drinks rang up wrong but the employees fixed it and refunded the difference.

The snack I found has mold on it (not their products, but ones outsourced). Stopped by again on my way out to show Gabriel, an employee , and he apologized and quickly refunded me the money.

This is how good business is done! Excellent work to all those working here for their great customer service!

Warm and courteous, with good value gasoline price. Great Polar Cup, and variety range of products. Its central location oppisite to Dam Plaza enhances overall convenience.

This place used to be nice!
Half the pumps are covered. The one I did use was leaking fuel all over the ground.

So, I was just grabbing a hot dog to snack on the road from a long day at work, when I got to the kiosk, my card declined. I shrugged and told myself, "Maybe, Creator said 'no". and then I told a late 50 year old woman, with platinum blonde colored hair. She has Betty Paige bangs, red glasses and bun hairdo. I told her that I didn't have enough money on my card for my purchase. I apologized and asked if there was a place where they put it in trash or recalls or anywhere of the sort and she bluntly says, out-loud with a whole line towards the back, "If you don't want to pay 10 cents for a hotdog, just say so.", she then proceeded to grab the hotdog from my hand and then throws it in the trash, aggressively. Motions her hand towards the door and rolls her eyes.
I felt so embarrassed and so disgusted at myself because why would you ever say that to a person? I mean, I wouldn't say that to you. I'm younger than you and I'm a manager at a local grocery store as well and I wouldn't say that to a customer.
I looked at her and I nodded my head. I began to walk away and got in my car and started crying.
After I calmed down, I went back inside and asked a nice lady that was restocking some sandwiches, who the woman was in the front kiosks, cashing people out. I told her what happened and her eyes widened, "Oh, that's the manager, ma'am." I said, "Oh, my gosh, are you serious? Does she usually act like that?" She told me "Yeah, she also does that when she has a bad day."

After hearing that, it makes me think about how she treats her indigenous employees behind closed doors, if she belittles them or anything ... so, please don't let your card decline when you go inside or Roz from Monster's Inc will make you cry in front of others for her personal satisfaction.

No one refills the window washer fluid at the pumps. All the pumps were dry but had the squeegee.

Only thing wrong is the fountain drink machine. All the sodas ALWAYS taste off like they’re too syrupy and barely carbonation at all. Other than that this store is amazing.

It's sad that this Circle K is going downhill superfast. Half of the fountain drinks are out. And the ones that are operational taste like carbonation and syrup is off. And when you talk to the manager she only looks at you 20% of the time. And when she looks at you she gives you the child support look. Or the look that she lost at bingo. They need to redo the store!!.
