My husband bought a salvaged '05 Accord from this company many years ago. After being informed by Equifax and Credit Karma that the car has been paid in full in APRIL 2021, he reached out to confirm that the car had been paid in full and they confirmed this OVER A RECORDED LINE! Not only had we had 4 credit checks since APRIL 2021, it has been reported as closed on every single credit report. It is now May 2023, my husband's car was repoed on 5/3/23 AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL AND CLOSED SINCE APRIL 2021! My husband contacted this company and they tried to inform him that he owes them $10,000 AFTER INFORMING HIM IT WAS PAID IN FULL IN APRIL 2021! We had our mortgage broker review the credit report from 4/30/23 and inform us that is in fact closed and noted as paid in full! They neglected to give him in other information as to why this happened and if there was a route to fix this or if he could speak with his former case manager, they denied all. He received no notice, no email, no letter in the mail, and no phone call regarding this repo. We know it is illegal to repossess a car without proper notice and also that has been paid off for 2 WHOLE YEARS!

They have the worst customer service. They make false reports to the credit bureau and they refuse to call back or address any issues against them. I highly recommend never going with any company that partners with this company.
