I have my car insurance with Ebuy Insurance and I’ve had it for a few years now and have never had any problems. As a matter of fact when I had an accident last year I made the claim in there office and they where very helpful. My taxes it hasn’t been long since I started doing them in this office but as well I have been pleased with their tax services as well with no issues. The other places I did my taxes, they would do them and never wanted to help out a few months later when questioning my taxes and this people in Ebuy Insurance are always whiling to help. I do admit sometimes the waits can be long but at the end it’s worth it. I have recommended this place to some friends and they are happy as well. Hope this information helps out to some folks. Recently got my insurance with Ebuy Insurance as I was recommended by a friend and im very satisfied with their staff and prices. I was having issues with my previous agency that they couldn’t even take a call for simple customer service on my policy so I decided to go elsewhere and luckily landed here thanks to my friend. Miss Veronica was very rude, disrespectful, and offended me when I never disrespected her, I wanted her to explain to me why my insurance policy had errors, she had no right to treat me how she did because at no time did I say that I was not going to pay the balance of my insurance. What I wanted her to do was to explain to me why my car didn’t have full cover in these past few months. She told me that I didn’t send her the pictures of the car but I did as soon as she asked me too. She even said that they didn’t go through in the system and she didn’t know why it didn’t go through. The company of the insurance called me to pay a bill that was left when I never told them I was going to pay. She didn’t inform me I had a payment. She personally doesn’t know me and doesn’t deserve the right to treat me the way she treated me. She told me that I was calm having insurance for 10 days she doesn’t deserve the right to tell me those things when she didn’t even inform me that I had to make that payment. I believe that the company has lacks of moral and their insurance.

I have recommended this place to some family members already and they are quite happy just as I am. I was shopping around for some car Insurance and came across Ebuy Insurance and I got a way better price than any other place I had gotten other quotes. Staff is really friendly and very professional and helpful. As I was there I also noticed they also have Income tax service and came back to do my taxes not long ago and turned out they gave me just a little more than what I got last year at another income tax office. I would recommend this place to anyone if they wanted really good reliable service, hope this is helpful to some of you.

DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE EVER TURN AROUND. I've been going to this place and realize that they don't inform you of your actual FEDERAL REFUND that states on your forms that you don't ever see until you've signed and they print They show you a piece of paper first. They pretend to charge you $50 sounds great huh but in fact more like keeping $600+ in there bank the refund goes to first than the amount you signed for is what goes into your account. SHADY!! I'd advise anyone that has been going to this place so look back because if they would of told me in the first place our fee to do your taxes is in fact $653 guess what I WOULD OF LEFT!!!!! also in all the papers no where shows they inform you and you agreed so walk away and go else where. I will YELP THIS PLACE NEXT!!!!!
