I wanted to thank Navin Sami for a his great service today. I was in a rush during lunch and unprepared. He was quick and very informative. Despite the hurry I was in he was able to explain everything to me. He was able to save me some money which always good but his service was outstanding. I highly recommend you call and ask for him. Even if you think your Insurance is meeting your needs, it doesn't hurt to ask for a second opinion/quote.

Josh Negron is the best, He helped me switch Insurance with more coverage at a much better Deal bundled with Renters insurance with a much lower payment than my last insurance. I am very happy with all state insurance. i made the switch from progressive 3 years ago and its been great since day 1. My agent Leslie Munoz has been very professional and has helped me out every time I call to make a change in my policy. Not all insurance agents are created equal. I was mislead that my insurance for home and auto were in good hands.
Octavio cancelled my policy without warning. He left me vulnerable without insurance.
I could not get a hold of him. He kept spitting lie after lie via e mail and avoided speaking over the phone.
He lacks follow through and will cancel your policy without consent.
Still waiting for his “evidence” that I cancelled my policy.

I highly recommend calling Carlos Aguilar for your insurance needs. After my daughter had an incident over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, Carlos was readily available for all our questions. He was very pleasant to work with. He never made us feel like he would rather be Black Friday shopping or hanging with his family than helping us with our repetitive questions. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and always available. I want to thank him again for all the advice and direction he gave us!
