I prepaid for a 6 month policy and everything seemed great at first. On the last month, Ron (Agent Number: 121192) informed me that I needed to pay my premium or it would be canceled. When I asked why it needed to pay for the 6th month, he never responded. His message only read that National will cancel and not reinstate any canceled policies.I asked again for clarification and received no response. I later received a letter informing me of my canceled policy. My original policy was from July 28 - January 28. I received a refund amount equal to the premium of the last month. Also, I'm writing this before January 28. If anyone can explain this, that would great.

Crooks they sold me a bogus policy that the lender didn't accept. I lost $302.00 of my hard earned money don't do business with them at all. They will lie to you.

Saw an advertise of $13 like in photo when i went down it is a false advertisement as expected but i gave it a try anyway since im looking and this was a small start up company. my car is a 2009 toyota corolla and the insurance started at $68 for liability....what?! How is that possible for an small unknown auto insurance!? Would rather get AAA paying that high instead of this! I wouldnt trust it small places like this.

So I don’t really write reviews unless I feel that something or somebody extraordinary stood up and stood out and so at this time I would like to give some kudos to a person at this insurance company Karina. So to make a long story short I just started with this new insurance and it has an auto pay feature that I had put in place right away and something went wrong where the my information was put down wrong by another agent that opened it that all star general and she ended up leaving and I did not know that till two months later and I was having issues last month and this month and this month they actually ended up canceling my policy and I had to reinstate it But with an extra $10 reinstatement fee and a five dollar processing fee at no fault of mine so once I did that I was bounce back-and-forth between All star general and Calle and the holder of the policy which was confusing itself I spent way more time like almost 2 hours going back-and-forth of people pushing blame and nobody taking accountability for this in when it was simple to just for customer satisfaction is refund me so today I actually spoke to Karina and rented some more and told her that I didn’t believe Callie was responsive I thought it was all star they should be responsible while she stuck she stood up and she actually went to bat for me and got me the refund from them so that’s great customer service to me and that’s how you hold my Business and I’m loyal! Kudos to you Karina

Also they have the best rate than anybody out there I was for my full coverage is 135 or 137 everybody else was a minimum of 150 and higher
