I've been using nano insurance for 7 years now for my auto insurance needs. In early July I added a car to my policy and I sold the car a week later. I called them in order to request a prorated refund. I've probably called over 10 times and I just can't get any help on this matter. They just put me on hold, hang up, say they need to speak to the manager etc. Horrible customer service.

...guao, google just got me wonder 🤔 now, I've been with nano Ins for almost 5 years now,if Google didn't ask,i had totally forgotten about my insurance coverage and name, thankfully I have never had any issues with them, they stick to their word and back up everything they'll offer you.
They'll work every single penny of your budget.
I'm tired and sleepy 😴,but it would be very disrespectful if I don't leave the review my insurance deserves.
