Allstate insurance company is not good. I have nothing to do with Ramon Valerio. My experiance with Allstate insurance company was vey bad. I just want to tell people watch out if you are thinking to buy insurance from Allstate insurance company. In case of accident, they would not pay on time. They would try to bargain, so they can save money. In case they refuse to pay, what would happen to YOU? You end up in court, you would get a judgement. That judgement will stay in your credit report. This happened to me. Please next time think twice before you buy insurance from Allstate.

Got. Charged 2 months in advance and both of my policies went up $100 dollars each within a yr. And in less than 2 months got charged for 4 months. Will not recommend!

DO NOT waste your money getting insurance with Allstate. Of course they are nice to you when you pay the monthly fees. When it's their turn to pay, it's a no show. We had a car accident in March that our car got t-boned from behind because the woman (who had Allstate insurance also) was speeding. After all types of documents and them passing us around with many different "agents" and "supervisors" whose numbers you will never reach. They did not call us and we had to call them all the time. They finally replied to us after 3 months that they would not pay a cent because there was "no witness". They refused to inspect our car and told us that "Things happened and both parties parted ways, that's all, nothing we can do". Allstate is a scam!

If I could I would give 0 stars to allstate. My son got hit from the back and allstate did nothing to help. We had coverage for uninsured automobile and still got no help. I now switch to Connect and they are amazing!!! Stay away from Allstate where your are from thieves’s hands

HORRIBLE Insurance!!! I always have to be the one calling them several times for i can find out information about my car. It has been over a month that i got in a car crash and my car hasn't been fixed. Would not recommend this insurance.
