I’m not in good hands! I was hit by a car insured by Allstate, and now they refuse to pay for my rental costs and the diminished value of my car. They have excuses for everything! Allstate is a fraud!

I've never been to the Santa Ana Allstate location and I met Victor and his staff. I pretty much deal with them by phone from the San Francisco Bay Area. But I'm happy with their service even by phone, it's like I deal with them in person. I've been with Allstate insurance for a few years now. Victor and his staff has always been very polite very helpful and very fast responding to my needs.

I was looking for new car insurance that would save me money and I got a cold call to see if I wanted to try Allstate. I had nothing to lose but time. I accepted the call transfer and a fantastic agent explained my policy. He told me what the correct coverage I should have and the amount to pay. I was a bit happy but I wonder how the service would be like. In my old insurance, I had problems with getting roadside assistance that was expected to arrive the next day. I always request for full coverage with roadside and extra services, in which money would not be a problem. That company had a woman's name on it that I won't say but I bet you can guess. Saving money is something that I like, even if money is not much of an issue for safety and great service. Now, with Allstate, I had roadside the same day and in less than three hours I was helped with the paperwork (online) and phone calls (to file the claim), the towing, and getting a rental. I enjoy the service and thoughtfulness of this agency. I strongly recommend this company for your vehicle insurance. 😁👍

And at a great rate.
If he doesnt answer his phone , he calls you right back.
Im not from the area , i live in notrthern Calif.
And he will continue to be

Allstate Agent Victor Gomez and Allstate have been extremely receptive to my insurance needs. Mr. Gomez helped me move my auto insurance back to Allstate after I thought it was not possible anymore. At the time, I had been wanting to move back to Allstate for some time. Mr. Gomez made this possible again. He also helped me a get a good packaged deal for renters insurance with my auto insurance when that became necessary for my needs. Mr. Gomez is always attune to all my insurance needs and always responds promptly to any questions I have. He is always highly available whenever I need him. He cares very much about meeting my insurance needs and getting me the best deal possible. He goes above and beyond to meet my insurance needs. I envision going to Mr. Gomez with my insurance needs for a very long time. I would (and have) highly recommended him to friends and family.
