My husband still hasn’t received his 2020 taxes . This place is horrible last time we come here . The lady who charged him & filed for my husband no longer works here & there is no way of finding out what happened to his taxes . We will be filing. Complaint against this branch . We have all paperwork to do so thank god .Horrible customer service. Most of these reviews all say the same thing !! Take that into consideration before coming here . Please take your business elsewhere . Not worth the time & money .

I was referred to this place by my fiancé, hoping to find a better deal. Initially, I was told by Amabelly that the rates for personal taxes ranged from $200 to $350. Based on that information, I decided to proceed with both my personal and business taxes. However, at the very last minute, I was informed that I would be charged $495 for each year of my personal taxes.

For my business taxes, I was charged $450 to register with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), even though I was told the process would only take 15 minutes. When I explained that I had already completed the registration myself, they still charged my credit card a total of $570 without my consent or any signed authorization.

I am extremely disappointed with their services. Thankfully, I never signed any documents agreeing to these charges, which allowed me to successfully dispute the unauthorized transaction with my credit card company. I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here unless they provide a clear, upfront breakdown of their charges.

I got the worst tax preparation service this year from this place compared to last year 2020. 5stars went down to 1star in an year. A week after handing the forms to them to prepare taxes I called to inquire and they said they’ll call me within another week. I didn’t get a call. So I had to walk in to find out whats the delay because it was the last day to file taxes and they were still working on it.

After spending about 4hours in their office Natasha the tax preparer who is working remotely for them prepared my taxes and she did a good job going an extra mile with the tax preparation but the office staff was plain unprofessional and rude. Overcharged me too. Due to their inability to prepare the tax on time, they charged me extra for tax extension $75 too. They demanded i pay for them $250+$75 on the same day saying they will file it on the same day. But I don’t understand why they did charge an extension fee. And the ladies in the office cannot explain it clearly. One of them is nice and educated but she does not speak english. And the other young lady lacks knowledge about taxes and fees and very poor in communication skills. Very unprofessional too.

Finally i asked for my filed tax papers. They asked me to come back to pick it up. They were going to extend my tax filling date and charged me for that, and they wanted charge me for tax preparation same day saying they want to file it today but didn’t give my paperwork today. Now i have to go back again to pick them up.

I asked to speak to their district Manager. She never came to the phone.

I will not return to this place again. Anyone who wish to retain their services think twice before wasting your money and time.

Nada de expertos para My una vieja se equivocó la esperta puso soltero en vez de poner cabeza de hogar y me cobraron 700 dólares siendo que tenía dos niños aquí están sus espertos Barrera.....

Pésimo servicio aparte de que me cobraron 90 dólares por mi preparación de impuestos el reembolso les llega a ellos asu banco y ay te quitan 450 mas y te dan lo demas pesimo servicio ojala y. El irs tome en cuenta estos
