I've used Allstate car insurance for years and never had to file a claim until recently. The loss of my FJ Cruiser of 16 years is heartbreaking, but they're doing a great job helping me and gave me a good and very fair settlement. The customer service is great and communication is very prompt when I have issues or questions. I appreciate Allstate.

Repetitive problems with this agency. Took over $650 one time which I had to wait almost a month for reimbursement. Last month got charged $260 supposedly for 3 months ahead of time, today I get charged $116 how when my policy is $86 a month.?!!!!!

Believe me, they are responsive. They love to call and call. My situation involved them saying i was cancelled right after the policy started for homeowners insurane, reason granulation loss on the edges of my roof. I have had 3 roofing contractors tell me from 3 different companies that i have at least 5 or more years left on my roof. I will take my business elsewhere

One of the girls told me that the only way they can give me a auto code is that by bundled up home and auto policy together

Dont ever get auto pay with them because they pull the money out a week after your due date. Than if you pay early they charge you 2 month in advance.
