Scam! The agreement ended on August 31st with confirmation in the email and they tried to withdraw money from direct debit without my consent, only my bank helped in deleting the direct debit. When I called to ask why they did it, they wanted my DOB, which I did not provide because it was sensitive data and the contract had ended. I will add that the payments were always on time, without a single one being late. The company is a fraud!

This company is a complete joke. You pay the money in advance and they still hit you with charges. and constantly send you out cancelation notices. even when you are months in advance of payment. Stay clear of them..... they run internal complaints audits. which they never seem to be at fault. complete joke.

As with so many other reviews, this company is shameful. My daughter cancelled her insurance and confirmed the full cancellation cost due, paid it the same day and received confirmation.

2 weeks later, received a default notice for another months premium plus default fee.

Had we not cancelled the direct debit, they would have taken the money. Now we are chasing them to confirm nothing is due and remove the threat of a default being recorded on her credit file when nothing is due.
When taking insurance, please check who the finance broker is and avoid these at all costs

This company is a disgrace avoid them at any cost complete liers trying to charge me 3000 for cancellation my policy I will be reporting them and no way I’m paying this amount I have already paid cancellation fee 350.00 I have receipts copy.
There’s plenty off other insurance companies offers better deals then them please avoid they are scammers..

Reinstated a direct debit without permission when insurance was cancelled and now trying to demand a different figure with every letter sent out. This company is disgrace and needs closing down

Absolute scam, cancle all direct debits when you don't use this service. 2nd time they have charged my card even though my insurance is cancled.

After cancelling my policy i got letter come to my house 920 to pay but my broker told me its 720 left to pay for cancelling policy Terrible customer service Terrible manager spoke on the him with him after calling 4 times and never cared to ring me back based my details to debt company while the invesgation was going on I was be reporting to you to fca and other other authorities

UPDATE......finally paid the outstanding amount the following morning, the payment button appeared!! I'll certainly think twice before a company that deals with PremFina again though
Trying to set up my wife's Marmalade car insurance....I'm on the third attempt with PremFina to get the direct debit set up and now they want to "fine" us for the direct debit not being set up correctly.....isn't this their job. Went to their payment page to clear the one month backlog and the "fine" but after entering all the details correctly as asked including the amount to pay THERE IS NO PAYMENT BUTTON in order to proceed. Virtual Chat customer link is only open 8.30am to 5.30pm
