Not professional AT ALL. God forbid your ONE day late to pay your insurance. They'll cut it off without a second glance and then expect you to drop everything to come and sign an entire new policy. Never again.

The woman I went to acted very rude not nice you could see it in her face she wasn't happy I was nice but wanted to just walk out if your gonna be mean to people why work there if u hate us or ur job so bad leave cause ur costing them business cause I will NOT speak with her again ! Me and My mother came in get insurance & the lady with the blonde hair was so rude & didn’t care or have a heart in the world & was just the rudest for no reason at all we came in there to get a quote and to get insurance and she was no help what so ever & 0 Starts Do not recommend!!

Wanted to get a callback quote and automatically right after started get scam calls every day. M&M sell information to the highest bidder. Terrible way to do business. I did not sign anything that said I consented to my information being sold.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Sarah/Agna. I spoke with Melissa today, and she made me feel little and talked down to me.
When you have a business, the people you have answering phones and taking care of people, really affects the whole company. I would suggest you don't have a "Melissa" working for you.

Update: I had to sign a new insurance policy. I've been there Yeats and they quoted me $130 on liability on a 96. Then DIRECT AUTO is who I went with. Just got my 1st bill of $44. Just get quotes other places before settling here.

It can be quick. At times, it is really slow. They are friendly. I called before hand and got my quote. I went in and the paperwork went by smoothly. A little bit of a wait to see anyone. I do not like that you can not pay one vehicle at a time. They want a combined payment for all vehicles in the name and policy. So everyone cant pay their own.
