Took us as walk-in as we didn’t have an appointment, which helped. However there was no commitment to helping with our rather unique situation. Quoted us $875/month for a bronze plan (highest deductible and lowest coverages) for just one individual. They based that truly unattainable premium (for us anyway) on my total income only which is a combination of SSDI and VA disability income. After that short and disappointing meeting of about 3 minutes the representative said she could do nothing else to help us and sent us on our way with no health insurance. After a 5 minute conversation with a VA tax specialist we found out that income does NOT count in the AGI calculation to determine premiums. Thus, we now have coverage for less than $200/month, still not the “affordable” coverage promised by the Administration promised after all their tinkering in ‘20 and ‘21 but that is a different topic. We felt that the meeting here was never in our best interest and felt as if the representative dismissed us in order to help others who she thought would be buying that day. An overall disappointing experience and unfortunately about the only choice for coverage in our local area. Thumbs down from me!

I arrive at 4:24 p.m.,I didn't know I had to have an appointment. So I made one while I was there for 5:00p.m. that same day. 5 came and went so did 5:30 when I called to say that would be right out. Their explanation was they were in a 30 minute meeting which ran over with some from the corporate office. Obviously they are more important than customers! Once inside it took 2 jours to resolve my problem, hopefully. However, the agent I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.
