If I could give negative stars I would. We have been with State Farm for over 30 years and have never been treated as unprofessional as with Nancy Craney's office. We asked for quotes on life insurance and signing over a policy to our daughter but never heard anything back. After 4 months I emailed for information about a life insurance policy we have been paying on for 34 years. It took 2 weeks for a reply and we were told the policy had been cancelled for non-payment - we needed to pay $609 and our daughter had to re-apply. They are still auto-debiting my bank account. I recommend going somewhere else.

We moved from Montana to Tucson 3 years ago and have used State Farm Ins. for over 50 years, so it was a no-brainer to sign up in Arizona. I recently needed to suspend coverage on one of my vehicles because it needs a major repair I cannot afford at this time. I spoke with Kat and she was so accommodating and friendly.
