This place is horrible! First call they answer and after 3 minutes of the lady listening she literally hanged up the call. After this, I have called five times and the lady continues to hang up. What kind of place is this

It's a shame you can't give ZERO stars. It took them 2 months to cancel my policy and every time I'd call they'd always say "we're super busy, wait one more week." Not only they took all the time in the world to process a paper, but then they decided to give me attitude and behave beyond unprofessional telling/mocking me "you've called every week asking for your money." First of all, it's my money and secondly, if you had done things right I wouldn't have to call you. People, avoid this at all cost. There are cheaper, more professional companies out there.

the worst , I called to file a claim and they told me that I have to call the agency so I called to the agency and they told me that I have to call the Insurance also they hang up the calls!!!! worst company, get policy with another one for your own good
