My insurance renewal came up. Everyone dreads it - expecting that increase in premiums. I saw the inevitable increase and decided to do some research, but did not understand all the nuances and requirements. Naturally, I then sent back an inquiry to my insurance company. With the questions I sent and the information I provided, Meghan Joseph from 1strate Insurance took it upon themselves to 1) read my ramblings 2) interpret them 3) understand them 4) research 5) take the initiative and change my policy to 6) reduce my rate by approximately 18%. Furthermore, Meghan 7) explained the reduction 8) explained how I can maintain the reduction in years to come 9) answered 3 other questions I *would* have asked next because 10) Meghan anticipated what I needed to know. On top of all that, Meghan explained a further program which could reduce my premium even more. This is the kind of service everyone wants. Thank you, Meghan Joseph.
