Always immediate response to my questions and needs whomever I talk with. I’ve had at least a dozen contacts with the staff over the past year due to moving into the area, adjusting for family illness, family death and bringing in family members as new customers. Especially for Autumn and Kim, the visits are very nice, friendly and professional with the results I expected. I’m certainly comfortable with them and this office.

My experience with State Farm was amazing for many reasons, but the one I’d like to speak on the most would be about my agent, Autumn Myers. Autumn was extremely helpful in finding the right coverage for me and made it very affordable! Autumn was very easy to talk to and was very understanding of the budget that I had to work with. For anybody out there needing to find good affordable coverage go to State Farm and request Agent Autumn Myers!!!

If you're looking for someone to take care of you when you have to file a claim or just needing insurance Abby Williams is the girl you need!! Last year, during one night, my car burnt to the ground, after having it towed home earlier that evening. I called Abby first thing the next morning and she immediately started my claim process. Not only did she take care of the it she also took care of the towing bill and helped with my rental car. It took only three weeks to the day for Abby to get me my settlement and into a new car. I was able to pay off the old car and put a down payment on the new one. Later I find out that Abby argued with the claims adjuster and got me the full amount of what my old car was valued at.
I'm so grateful for Abby Williams and the hard work that she done for me.
