Love this place. I was about to have to sell an f-450 that I just bought because insurance was too high everywhere. They got me liability for $400 a year . That was so much cheaper than any of my previous quotes. They also got me the best deal I could find on insurance coverage for my mobile home. Mobile home insurance coverage for homes over 20 years old is hard to come by . Definitely difficult to find coverage that would replace what you have invested. They got me a good dea on a policy that was even better than I had hoped to get. l I would 100% definitely recommend calling West insurance.

Went with this company when we bought our home. The homeowners policy was cheaper than other quotes we got. The auto insurance was about the same price as before. They placed us in a non standard auto policy( that we didn't know about), then they raised the premium double the amount that we paid to begin with. We have no accidents or tickets and great credit. Now we are paying double with a standard insurance policy because they put this policy that was non standard on us without our knowledge. DO NOT do business with this company! Our new agent called and spoke to them and she was told ; "they got what they payed for"! Really, we were paying no more for standard insurance! The only savings we got was homeowners. Now we are paying for their deceitful way of doing business.
