BEWARE!! Go anywhere else but to Progressive. Progressive was all okay for 5 years while my car was running fine and Progressive just had to collect the premiums. Now that they need to take care of something, they have been handling my claim since Feb 27th - which is going to be 6 months very soon. Let me give you some reasons why you should stay away from (and I will update this review to add names of people to stay away from as well):
1. Their claims rep will almost never pick up your call.
2. If you send them an email at 10 am in the morning, they'll reply back only at night to ensure your entire day is over.
3. The assessors will push for used/ low quality parts. This will ensure that you keep facing issues and have to go to the workshops again and again and Progressive will keep on changing your assessor to make sure you keep paying the premiums for longer.
4. They will also be shamelessly late to visit the workshop. At this time, my car is at the workshop for 2 weeks and the workshop doesn't have the authorization to start working.

I will keep updating as I find out more. Please switch away if you can. If you're in it for lower premiums, it's not worth it when you'd need it the most.

This location primarily handles total loss claims, but for other claims, the process is slow and complicated. You have to wait for an estimator to arrive before any repairs can begin. Additionally, the rental reimbursement is only $25 per day, which is significantly below the standard daily rental rate. Overall, the dealership's Collision Center and the estimator seem to work together, driving up repair costs that could easily be done more affordably elsewhere. It's no surprise that insurance premiums are rising with these inflated costs.

This review is for the main company not for a certain location, any way stay away from these thieves, they just increase your policy adding people you know, like if they were living with you with out a notification doubling the price and then I called even then taking that person off the policy still almost doble.

These people do not care about you or your vehicle. They won’t review what happens. They go by street signs and MILK their own versions. They are cheap for a reason, you pay what you get for, get an insurance that cares at least to do their research on your claim when you file one. Progressive IS NOT the way to go. Beware on filing a claim with progressive if you have them. Be careful or better yet switch. Just read their nation wide reviews. I spoken with every manager possible and emailed everyone already, the one time I didn’t carry my camera in my car! I hope everyone who didn’t listen to me plus the guy WHO WRECKED me, all get what yall deserve.

Quick on doing the claim.
Slow to getting the payoff submitted to the lean holder..also in order to see the reflection on the credit report as paid. Been 42 days...now 2 months.
Already received our part,
And company (lean holder is requested for another car payment because they have not yet been paid by the insurance company.

I'm adding to this review.
This is now March 15, 2024
And my car loan is still not paid off.
The finance company is asking now for two car payments which is going to go on my credit as being two late payments.
This needs to be handled ASAP.
All the phone numbers provided go to voice mail and have not been returned.
Finally got a person and the delay is said that they sent the check to the wrong address and now are planning to reissue the check.
This was supposed to be handled on Jan 23rd
When they gave us our part of the settlement.
What a run around.
I'm going to dispute the time to see if I can remove the late payment (marks)
On my perfect payment record.

Have no idea where to leave my review. As I dealt with progressive online. I was involved in an accident with one of your policy holders and you guys are so unprofessional. Everything said through phone is totally different from what is different outside. I would ask for a written or documentation just to make sure I have proof of what they said but they won’t even allow to that. I don’t understand why people like progressive. Are you looking for affordability? Are you looking for good customer care? If you are going for customer care. I give it a 1.5/5. You’ll probably get some nice people here and there but most of the time you won’t. The way they act is not cool. If you’re are working, be professional and keep it moving. If you don’t like your job and feel it pays low then just quit you don’t got to bring attitude or bad energy to work and to customers. You signed up for a job and read the job description.

I am not sure who the lady I spoke to on the phone, but they were very rude. I believed they were in the claims department I can't remember I was transferred 3 times! I called to have a document sent to me and when I gave the lady the address she immediately gotten upset and says that is not the address on your insurance policy, like of course not I honestly just moved a week ago which is why I am calling now. The customer service here is terribly bad. After that encounter of course I decided to cancel the policy. I received an email my policy was cancelled (thought I was done with them.) After a few days past they sent another email stating your policy was cancelled and you still have a balance due. Very interestingly there was an increase on the bill I've already paid! In the email I have never seen an insurance company ever say this when cancelling before but they threatened to send it to an collections agency if I didn't pay the bill by some random due date they magically made up with the increase. I didn't say anything when my bill was $183 and somehow increase in two months to $214, then $257 then $308. The worst insurance company I ever been with!

Very bad treatment. I progressive customer opened a door when I was parking in the meadle of my car, it oviously this gut was respsible for the incident. According to Texas Transportation Code § 545.418 (1), a person may not open the door of a motor vehicle on the side available to moving traffic unless it is reasonably safe to do so and can be done without interfering with the movement of other traffic. I spent two month callig Lurdes Flores and for many time I was informed that my claim was being analyzed. After that I received a letter saying that the liability investigation resulting that I was resposible for the accident, so the company won't make any paymenty. I called Lurdes a week ago to talk with the supervisor, but I'm still wainting......
