After 15 years with Allstate, my recent experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I've officially switched to another company due to the terrible response I received from Gayatri. Her condescending tone made me feel belittled. I won't be returning to Allstate after this unpleasant encounter. We've found another company offering better coverage at half the price, and their customer service, exemplified by Rick Ali, far surpasses Allstate's.

Ric Ali firm is one of the worst nightmare.. they make sure your premium is increased to triple within the end of each year.. my insurance has been increased from 2330 to $9000 .. this is one of the worst looting I have ever seen… people, please be cautious about what you are getting into..

I was recommended by a friend to Rick Ali years ago. I'm totally happy! They have been the best agency in regards to all my policy needs. Gayatri is amazing!! They are on top of their game! I love the way they tend to my policy changes and needs right away; they treat me like a family friend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I was referred to Rick Ali through family friends and he has been the worse insurance agent I’ve ever worked with! I was to receive a check from Allstate Insurance to go towards damages done to by car. I never received the check as it was stolen. Rick was an absentee agent who was never willing to collaborate or help me out. But he was always present when time came to pay my premium every 6 months. I spoke with Rick today and expressed my concerns. “I have been without a vehicle for over one week.” He said he cannot issue another check. I said Rick “I’m paying you $1,200 for 6 months of insurance for what? I expect you to be my Liaison between the claims & fraud department and when I see Allstate I see you as the forefront of the organization. You are my agent and I think of you when I think of Allstate. I expect you to take the initiative and communicate with me in a timely manner through this difficult situation.” (I mean if I wanted to pay out of pocket for damages done to my car then why do I have car insurance?) Rick then went on to RAISE HIS VOICE AT ME AND YELLED AT ME (a paying customer in need of assistance). He said, and I quote “YOU DONT PAY ME NOTHING! YOU PAY ALLSTATE, I DON’T HAVE TO DO ANHTHING FOR YOU!” He then hung up on me! I have filed a full complaint about this agent and his unprofessional behavior with his paying customers. Not only is he inexperienced but has no respect for his clients! Please do yourself a favor and do not go to Rick Ali for your Insurance! I work at a multinational corporation here in Texas with thousands of young professionals and I’m telling all of them about my negative experience with Rick Ali, how he has tainted the name of Allstate Insurance and I am switching to a competitor at the end of my current pay period.
