We sold 2 vehicles and requested them to be removed from our policy on July 31. I sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails requesting these be removed. I had to call the corporate office twice and the first time they couldn't even get him on the phone. They finally got him to start the paperwork on November 12. When we switched agents, we found out that we were not the only ones who couldn't get a response from Brooks. I am very happy to have Mark Cramer as my State Farm agent now.

We have reached out for months to get some changes done on our insurance policy. The changes were not done correctly and we have reached out numerous times to get them fixed. Some of them are serious changes that needed to be done. The few times we did get a response after several times of trying to reach Keith’s cell, his office, and calls to the corporate office he finally answered with a general “I’ll do a full review of your account” and “I did a review of your account and it looks right on my end.” It continued to be wrong and we sent him proof of the errors and what needed to be changed and discussed. Keith himself stopped the autopay because he was on vacation and was going to review it before payment. He never got back with us and we received late payment fees and cancellation notices for our policy. We have since moved on to another insurance company but still have not gotten an answer back that the policy has been cancelled and per the online acct it is still active. The lack of communication has been disheartening and frustrating. We have used so much time trying to get answers to our questions, changes made, and responses from Keith with no luck. I never write poor reviews and I hate to do this one with the world being so quick to find the negative, but I really don’t want this to happen to anyone else and especially if it was a claim issue you were needing help with. Keith was a fine agent until we actually needed something and for some reason this has gone the way it has and is unacceptable.

Keith is always so nice and gets things done quickly and efficiently. When there was an accident, he was kind and made sure everyone was uninjured. He took care of everything and we were back on the road in no time.
I've always had great experiences with Wendy from his office as well. Anytime I needed to make changes or had questions, she made sure she explained things well and took care of my needs.
