I used LW insurance for years. All of a sudden this agent that used to help me get the best deals each year named Amanda Evans wasn’t working there anymore and I started working with Jackie or Jennifer (I forget their name) who were rarely ever available to talk to. Amanda used to call me a week before my auto insurance was set to renew to get my insurance renewed and discuss possible changes. But when I worked with this new lady I could never get her on the phone when I would call to see if I can get a better deal 3 days before my insurance was set to auto-renew since it had gone up to $100 more. Jackie said it was best to stick with the same provider since it was the lowest out there. I didn’t have time to investigate so I trusted her and singed up for another 6 months. Fast forward to this year where now I needed home insurance (I’m a first time home buyer) and auto insurance and I needed a better deal for my auto insurance since the price went up $200 more. Note: I had not had any accidents or tickets throughout the year. So I call them and can’t get Jackie on the phone so I finally ask to speak to a manager and he tells me he will see if there’s a better rate. Jeff tells me LW recently merged with another company (The Loft Insurance) and that they now had a larger database to look through. He calls me back and tells me that it would be better to stick with the same provider and gives me the best price out there for home insurance for a 12 month period - $3,820 DOLLARS. Even with the bundle… as I discuss this with one of my coworkers, she tells me I need to call other insurance company’s myself to see what’s out there. I called State Farm first and already they gave a better deal that was 1,000 and some change less and I decide to call one more insurance (Allstate) and they had given me an even better deal! Before I went and researched myself, Jeff had the nerve to tell me that he was going to keep looking to see if he could find a better deal because he has daughters and he didn’t want me to be house poor as a first time home buyer and proceeds to say that was the best he could find after checking a second time. I’m not sure what’s going on. Idk If these ppl are commission based or what but I encourage anyone who sees this post to call other insurances yourself and do your research to get the best deal for you. The way the market is right now and companies not fairly compensating their employees accordingly there’s not enough not room to get financially screwed over especially by insurance!

We have had Jeff as our Agent since moving to Colorado back in 2015. He helped us with our property in Oregon as well as Colorado. A few years back, my Husband hit a deer and messed up our car. My 1st phone call wasn't to the Insurance company, but to Jeff. His 1 question was "Are the 2 of you ok"? From that point on, I knew he was the right person for us. He has been there for us for everything!!! I refer EVERYONE to him. There isn't anyone else that we trust with our insurance like we do Jeff. He is extremely HONEST with us on our needs and what we should have as far as coverage goes. Everyone should have an Agent like Jeff or have this Jeff as an agent!!!
