This branch of Centennial is RIDICULOUSLY managed. I've been an account holder at Centennial for over 25 years, and with several companies have ran millions thru their bank. I started pulling away from the bank several years ago because I found better service elsewhere (mostly better rates on Money Market accounts). However, I still hold a couple of accounts there, one is a business account. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to make a basic business deposit they make me wait 15 or more minutes. WHY? B/c they want to place a hold on the money. It's a basic commercial account deposit, people...get over yourselves. And the fact they also made me wait for them to print a letter to tell me my funds are being held was INSULTING.
