Was referred to your bank by my doctor, and a former buisness partner. My wife and I went in, opened two buisness accounts, and made a deposit. We ended up getting emails late that night with the incorrect buisness name's and EIN #'s.
The next day we received a call from the branch manager telling us that the bank would not be opening an account for us. That after reviewing our info we are not good enough to do business with FineMark Bank. Her exact words "your not good enough to have an account here".
Pleased this happened from the get go. I'll stay at Sanibel, and be telling all my friends how low class the manager is.

Excellent bank and the customer service cannot be beat. They still have some great old school approaches but they are the good ones!! The new building at the main branch in Fort Myers is like a high end hotel! Very nice and they all make you feel like family.

I could not ask for a better bank! Their staff really understands customer service and truly cares about their customers. Our experience with this team has been so wonderful that it saddens me to think of all the years wasted banking elsewhere. Every business should have a bank like this in their corner. Nothing short of amazing!

I called to find out what CD rates were, and options.
The man answering the phone said no one was available to take my call, and someone would return my call.
This was before 11 am, and now it is almost 3:30.
I worked at a bank for 29 years, and this would never happen.
I guess a hundred thousand dollars is just pocket change now.
I will find someone else that wants to do business with me.

If you ask a question, you get an answer, what a novel approach for a business to follow. FineMark is absolutely first-class in every respect.
