They have people that will answer phones once or twice but NEVER call you back (aka Rosalie). I have a consultant there and they did nothing and care nothing for clients or cases, they will bury your paperwork and will ensure you never get help, if you have them, your better getting a lawyer to fight for you cause they will screw you over, the supervisor is the same. Trust me this company is very unprofessional.

I don't understand why any other company would do business with this company. This company is one of the worst with handling clients worker compensation payment, if your payment is send out on the 10th of the month it take two weeks before you receive your check in the mail. I'm sure that other clients are going through this to.
