Be aware, the company is being run by a group of young people. The most dishonest and twisted company that I have ever dealt with throughout my real estate career. Never seen anything like this in past 30 years of my real estate practice. They sound good at the beginning, once in escrow the game begins. They try to resell your listing for a quick profit while in escrow. I have lost time and prospect buyers, my seller lost good buyer's. After two months in escrow they have not signed the cancelation which was sent to them numerous time.
Be aware that they will try other investors to start a new deal under different names.

Horrible Experience and made me look bad in front of my Seller Client. My client accepted an offer from Journey Investments Inc. because of a strong All Cash Offer and only 5 day contingency period. They convince you up front that they intend to do a smooth and quick transaction and that they could get the escrow closed with no issues. Seems like they had no intention on moving forward but to only hold escrow for a month and then low ball us to move forward by dropping the price a significant amount. Bottom line, after 30 days, and after multiple visits to the site and annoying the Tenant, they did not complete the transaction and we were forced to cancel on them. They keep reassuring you that they will close and to avoid signing contingency removal. I can see by other reviewers on here that they've all had similar experiences. I don't know what's going on with this company or what their true agenda is, but they completely wasted our time. I cannot in good conscience recommend Journey Investments, and if I could give them zero-stars I would.

I did my first deal with Journey Investments and closed about a week ago. Hannah and her team made this transaction smooth and easy. They were communicative throughout the whole process. I ended up with a great fixer and a great relationship with Journey Investments. I hope to do more deals with them in the future.

Without closers, the real estate market would be in shambles. That’s why I love the crew at Inc and Journey so much, spearheaded by Nick Diaz, but the spearhead is only as strong as the supporting pole, and these agents are as good as it gets when it comes to closing. My agent Chris is a fun guy, but don’t be deceived, he is as serious as it gets when it comes to closing. I’ve worked with him on multiple properties now and he always closes on time, and provides a smooth experience, staying on top of all the moving parts and making things happen for me. Can’t recommend them enough.

My client accepted an offer from Journey Investments. They talked a good and convincing up front and said what they intended to do and how quickly they could get the escrow closed. That was a complete farce. They never completed their escrow instructions, they never signed the statutory disclosures, and never released any of their contingencies. Every time I asked them what was going on and how come they had not moved this forward, I was given a multitude of excuses. Bottom line, after 45 days they did not complete the transaction and we were forced to cancel on them. I can see by other reviewers on here that they've all had similar experiences. I don't know what's going on with this company or what their true agenda is, but they completely wasted our time. I cannot in good conscience recommend Journey Investments, and if I could give them zero-stars I would.

I worked with Hannah from Journey Investments on a home I was selling in Corona and it was an amazing experience. She was great to work with, and stuck to her word! We even got the deal closed a few days early. Thank you Hannah and team, I really enjoyed working with you guys.
