It has been an absolute honor to help two clients go through the process of buying their dream homes at Chesmar Homes at Potrenco Oaks. The homes are gorgeous and the larger lot sizes are perfection.
The quality of the home speaks for itself; what makes the building/purchasing process so amazing, though, is the customer service. Isaac Gonzales is the sales rep of all sales reps. He truly has the client’s best interest at heart which is shown through his willingness to work with them, his clear and timely communication and, honestly, his kind demeanor! The construction managers Jose and Devon are both fantastic as well. They are patient and willing to take the time, no matter how busy they are, to ensure clients (and their realtors) understand the process as it unfolds, giving a peace of mind during what can be a stressful process.

We are building with Issac, Jose, and Devin. After building numerous new homes we have to say this team is by far the best. From the first time we Met Issac we knew we wanted to be in Potranco Oaks. We had to move fast because we were moving to be with our Adult kids and Grandkids and fast isn’t usually good but with Issac it was smooth as ice.

The team truly listens and understands the stresses of building a dream home. They are compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and also demand quality from their teams.

We will 100% recommend this team and this community.
