The employed women in this location litterly leave you to just sit and wait. No reason why. One woman seems to answer ringing phones, only to immediately place you on hold, no explaination, then continues to move around, not really doing anything, especially helping the waiting clients. They have supposedly an hour lunchtime. The client who was waiting before i arrived not being helped and ive just crossed over 1 hour and 19 mins, Also waiting and not being helped...

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. Abner made it look like it was a peace of cake and I ended up leaving that arrangement feeling like I had a pretty good deal. I received a call 5mon down the line letting me know Abner used the company’s money to lower my down payment. So he was doubling my down payment when I thought it was just half of what was actually put down. I later had to end up paying what he put up front which also led to my monthly going up as well. When I called the company and spoke to Abner he tried to down play it which made me even more upset. How is it a deal if I have to pay for your mistake that I had no idea you made. The company didn’t do anything to make it any better either. It was highly unprofessional of Abner’s part. I strongly recommend to not use this company and if you do make sure you do not have Abner as your agent. He might make a “mistake”on your policy too.

I've been a customer here for over 5 years. I come here for my car insurance and my taxes. My family also comes here. Abner has been beyond helpful with getting me my new insurance plan . He's been able to keep up with me and my busy schedule(I work in healthcare). He is friendly, professional, and efficient. I 100% recommend UNIAMERICA for both insurance and taxes. I highly recommend Abner, Maritza, & Heidi. Everyone is kind and helpful, but these three are who I've personally continue to get assistance from. Thank you for making car insurance so easy to sign up for and easy to understand!
