After being so frustrated with my auto car insurance that I’ve had for 30+ years I decided to change companies. Of course I was quite concerned with making this kind of a move since 21st century always took good care of me until they changed companies now called Toggle. Getting through to them on the phone was next to impossible with sometimes a 4 to 5 hour hold time. So I was told by a friend to try and call Mercury Insurance and Martha Gonzalez at Sun Pacific insurance Was extremely kind, helpful, and especially patient with me. My insurance broker, Charlie was incredibly helpful when I needed to obtain car insurance. I recently bought a new car and could not drive it without getting insurance first.
