We always work with Barbara, and she is an absolute expert. She not only walks you through the product but also presents alternatives and carefully explains the pros and cons based on what she learns about your needs. Cartier purchases are significant, and I completely trust her guidance to make the right decision. My wife and I truly love working with her!
The rest of the staff is also very kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on you. Keep in mind, this is a very popular location, and the team works hard to manage the flow so they can provide each client with the best service possible. A little patience goes a long way (it’s worth it) because they really do want to give you their full attention.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
This was the worst experience I've ever had at Cartier. I visited the store with my family on 03/16, planning to purchase Santos and Panthère watches for around $15,000 as an anniversary gift for my parents. However, when we arrived at 4 PM-an hour before closing-the concierge at the front desk refused to let us in.
We politely asked for assistance, explaining the importance of our visit, but she simply smiled insincerely and said, "Too many people today," showing no willingness to help. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was incredibly frustrating.
I deeply regret my previous purchase of a $6,000 Panthère de Cartier watch from this location on 02/10. This experience left my entire family disappointed, and we will be reconsidering future purchases with Cartier.
Good brand but bad one person ruined it. We decided to purchase the jewelry abroad from my home country, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The experience there was completely different— they welcomed us with excellent service, a bouquet of flowers, and outstanding professionalism. They even arranged for secure delivery to the USA via DHL. This just goes to show how some places go above and beyond, while others make things unnecessarily difficult for their customers.

This is how I received our (2) wedding bands from
Cartier- which is a high-end brand as I know. After a long time waiting for my engraving, it comes with a FedEx box as you guys see. Not even my ring box, no certificate. Yes! My band came with plastic wrap, and missed one! This is how Cartier services its customers and this is what we receive after paying thousands of dollars purchase. I’m deeply upset and feel disrespected! I don't even know if my band is the one I paid for or not, the packaging is even worse than the TikTok shop purchase! So disappointed

I have never in my life, experienced the nicest and rudest combination customer experience in my life. I had on a VS jogging suit and pink Nikes. But so what… that shouldn’t make a difference. I explained that I was looking for glasses. I was told that all they had there was sunglasses. Fine, I didn’t have a problem taking a look at what they did have at that location. I was redirected to two other places that specialized in Cartier prescription glasses. Okay, however it was very, very clear that the two ladies that I encountered were not in the least bit interested in showing me the sunglasses. Little did they know I was interested in both. But I will never beg a person(s) that’s disrespectful of me to take my money.
You wanted me gone, fine I left and took my money with me.

I went there last Saturday to buy my 50th birthday present. Alana was so pleasant and friendly. So I bought something more expensive than I thought^^♡ If you go this store, meet Alana. And I'm curious about one thing. What is the name of the perfume on the table inside the store? When I tested it, I thought it was a little strong, but when I came home, the scent of the perfume was amazing. Can you tell me the name of the perfume?

I visited the store yesterday and stood in the middle, making a few attempts at eye contact with several sales associates, but no one came to help me. Several associates were standing off to the side, yet no one approached me, even though there were no other customers in the store. When I asked for help, two female associates asked a male associate to assist me instead. Shortly after, a few women entered carrying Hermes bags, and I noticed multiple sales associates immediately rush over to assist them. This experience made me feel ignored and unvalued as a customer.

I had a great experience with Lura on 6/15/25 when I visited the store and purchased a ring. She was warm, professional, and made the experience feel special.

Later, I decided I wanted a larger size and placed an order online for in-store pickup. When I came in on 6/28 around 2pm to return the original ring and pick up the new one, Lura was assisting another client, so someone else helped me. I believe her name was Alana based on the name that showed on the screen when she logged in, though she didn’t introduce herself.

Unfortunately, this interaction was disappointing. She seemed flustered and rushed throughout the process, even though I was not in a hurry. Her handling of the items felt abrupt, and her ill-mannered demeanor and attitude didn’t reflect the level of service I had come to associate with Cartier. It gave the impression that she might have been having a rough day, but regardless, it didn’t leave a positive impression.

I hope that in the future, if I return to purchase another item, I’ll have the opportunity to work with someone like Lura again. I would prefer not to be assisted by the associate, Alana, who helped me on 6/28.
