I have been a member at this bank for 10 years. recently they have allowed time warner cable to pull out $845.00 from my account. I do not have time warner cable, nor have I ever had time warner cable. This is considered identify theft of unauthorized charges. This bank will not reimburse me for this fraudulent charges, so I will be closing my account. If you want to have your money stolen and not be protected you can do business with them. If you want to be protected I suggest you go else where.
