My first visit, check in as a walk in was very smooth & pretty quick. The dr was very patient, repeated everything when needed to make sure I was understanding. Very willing to answer questions and reply to my "I think" thought processes in a non superior way. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, with excellent bedside manner.
I will DEFINITELY refer people here when urgent care or when they can't see their doctor quick enough!!

In and out in 40 minutes. The staff here are so incredibly kind, efficient but they also listen and don't jump to a diagnosis or treatment. I was asked every step of the way what I wanted: do I want these tests, these prescriptions, these shots. They gave me options and I never felt rushed. I have never had such a pleasant experience at an urgent care before. I highly recommend Fast Aid for anyone in the Bastrop area!

All the staff were very nice & polite. I didn't have to wait long at all. I love that I was able to do all the insurance online pre-appointment, which saved a lot of time. I highly recommend doing this. It saved me so much time.

Came in for ear clogged/muffled hearing, also to get sore throat checked out. Front desk gentleman was super nice and patient. The gentleman who took me back to the first room to get my blood pressure, weight, height super kind also. The doctor was very kind as well and was very friendly and had wonderful bedside manners (all nurse/doctor who saw me did). All my questions were answered also. If you’re sick and need to be checked out definitely recommend coming here!

It was as pleasant of and experience as could have hoped for. Ladies at front desk were nice as could be. Intake guy was super nice and seemed very caring and the doctor or the nurse practitioner she was very understanding and made it comfortable to talk to she answered all my questions. I must say a very beautiful woman as well.

Thank you for listening and treating me with patience. I chose this clinic after a horrible interaction at the Ascension Bastrop clinic. I look forward to visiting again in the future, if needed. I just wish the hours were a bit extended in the evening, but no complaints.
