I’ve been a customer for several years and always had great customer support and service. Just recently we had a conversation about adding additional insurance for medical on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I told her of a window incident I had back in September 2022. I didn’t know I had coverage so Vanessa processed a claim for me which I paid the deductible and received the difference. Wow what customer service! I will always be insured by State Farm and when you have A one service can’t go wrong!

My family and I have been with Vanessa Vargas for years! Her and her team are awesome.You feel like family with them and not just another client. Whenever I have questions ( which can happen often) they are always available and happy to help. We have had a few well known insurance companies in the past, and have always felt like a number. Vanessa and her team get to know you, your family and will often reach out to see if there is anything they can help you with. We recently just had an accident and they were quick to respond, quick to help and kept checking in to see how everything was going and if there was anything they could do that they weren’t already doing. They literally pick up the phone every time I have reached out! And, to top it off, you can’t beat the great rates. I recommend Vanessa and her team quite often to people I know. Truly one of the best out there!
