I normally don’t do this, but Stephani Castillo took such good care of me helping me get motorcycle insurance she and Hammer get five stars from me. I called gave her my information and she called me back in less than ten minutes with great quotes. She found me a great policy and great rate. Stephani took care of most of the paperwork. She was very pleasant to work with. Thank you for insuring my bike and cars. I recommend using Hammer insurance to anyone willing to listen!!!

Getting vehicle insurance can be a tough decision with so many companies out there. So when I called hammer insurance services, Stephani in the El Monte office was able to find me a great policy at affordable rate that made me feel comfortable. Hi , wanted to share my experience with Hammer insurance El Monte , super happy with my service. Specifically the amazing customer service Sandra M, she super attentive, patient, and is great at what she does. I’ve had insurance from other companies and after I get a policy my agent never contacts me, but Sandra will send me txt messages to check up on my likely of their service and making sure everything is up to date. Very friendly staff,.. my agent resembles Selena Gomez and her voice even more?,.. but she was so nice and easy to understand clearly about the insurance itself! The premium and location is perfect for me too!!! I would advise people to get a quote from Hammer Insurance,.. and Btw,.. my agents name is Stephanie or Stefani,.. I did get quotes before I went to Hammer,..and I'm so glad I kept shopping bcuz Hammer was the best and lowest,.. I would of been paying $40-$50 more if I wouldn't have continued to shop,..thing is,..they offer the same!!!

I was a skeptic because I had failed with so many other companies trying to insure my new Lexus. Thankfully, Stephani went ABOVE and beyond the normal call of duty and got the job done.
