I have a bad experience with your company, I applied for car insurance on the 1st of November and paid the full amount even before the documents were completed. Due to the lack of proper response from your company, I refused to insure the car and requested be returned my money to my account, your company sent me the contract cancellation form and I signed it on the 6th of November and sent it to your company but unfortunately my money has not been returned to my bank account until the 21st of December and No one in your company is answering me and can't explain why you don't return my money, do you have someone in your company who is responsible? Can you give me a clear answer?
