Do yourself a favor and just move on the next service on your factoring list.

The good reviews are clearly fake, fyi

They do not allow you to grow your business. they policies are inconvenient and effect your bottom line / cash flow. They don't work with you and everything they said in the sales pitch is a lie. Literally the worst factoring service you could imagine. Just spend the extra 1% and go to one of the larger options for your factoring.

I have been working with them since two years I had never had any kind of problem before I book a load go to their portal to see if the brokers had enought credit if so I book the load in other waysv I dont , they are reliable to work with I post the load in the mornig around the afternoon I get my details payment. Thanks for been transparent.

What we like most about Porter Billing is their customer service and communication. They are very professional and ultra responsive! To be honest, when we signed up with Porter Billing we had no clue what we were doing. After we signed the contract, we found that we didn’t like their credit check system. We literally lost thousands of dollars because the broker wasn’t approved or it just took too long to get the approval. With that, we decided to switch to another company, but during the buyout process the other company was awful with communication and after nearly a month the process still wasn’t finished. Throughout this entire process Jessica and Daniel were so helpful, they went above and beyond their job to help in anyway they could. Because their values align with our company values we decided to stay with Porter Billing. Jessica told us they are aware of their issues and are actively working to fix it. We have seen evidence of that. The credit checks have been getting approved faster and the process is much smoother!!!

Please do your research before working with this factoring company. They definitely make up rules as they go. Horrible communication as well. Their shady business dealings will be what runs this company in the ground. Mark my words?

Porter Billing Services is our Fleet factoring company. They are very good at what they do. Amanda Duffy is our account manager and she has been the Biggest and Best representatives, she has even helped me out with providing "how to" info for our business when we first started out. If I need info on our account she is immediately working on it. Amanda literally is the reason we will continue to use Porter Billing Services.
