He is the best! - Friendly, Helpful and time efficient and most of all Diligent.

I implore you not trust the 5-star reviews here. When Jasen Ha was my agent, he would often solicit me to write him positive reviews via text, email, and more. To be frank, it was the most engaged he was with me during the entire length of his representation as my agent. He was fired from Farmers and I was passed to another agent in 2023. His office operates like a scam. His assistant would answer emails on his behalf, still signed "Jasen Ha" and she was for the most part clueless and unhelpful regarding my car insurance, home insurance, etc. When I did need help due to a collision, Jasen laughed on the phone at me. Do not trust this scammer and con man. Shame on Farmers for allowing him to operate his business as long as he did.

P.S. The photo shoots Jasen and his staff have taken to appear “professional” are hilarious and should tell you everything you need to know about how he conducts his business: purely for show and self promotion.
