We have used Alliance since last year. My sales person was Derek Miao. Because I didn’t have any experience with how to set up a credit card machine and account with merchant service, I was worried about making mistakes. Derek was always patient, listened to any questions I had, and gave me very quick and effective answers. He followed up with us through the entire process. I felt that he is very reliable. I would definitely recommend him to any business owner!

VERY bad service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! While we still paying the monthly fee, they suppose help us with how to do the PCI compliance; however the lady told me if I know how to speak English, I can contact PCI directly to figure out how to do it. She is not welling to help AT ALL!! Until now, I finally knew Elavon took our account back 2 years ago and Alliance is not taking care our account anymore. They didn't tell me when things happened and still keep charging our monthly fee! Now, they are not willing to refund me back even they didn't do anything and not in charge of our account! A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!

Been with Alliance for 4 years now, and just want to praise
James for being a wonderful contact for our services. He is courteous,
punctual, and most importantly professional. Last month my mom received a
unlawful charge back from a first time customers. Talk to James to
provide him detail and original sign copy of receipt. End result is, he
is able to get our money back safe and sound. This is not the first time
we run into trouble and might not be the last. But I just want to praise James
for always taking care of us.

The salesperson offered lower rates with the same processing company, and said there would be no penalty fees, or if there were he'd take care of it. Well, $1500 in penalty fees and a year later, the company and the salesperson deny any responsibility. We're stuck in the contract, and if we cancel, that's another $1500! Horrible business ethics! Do not trust them!

Update: So after the agreement was terminated, they charged us $795 per machine for not returning within two weeks of the terminate date, which we were never advised of. The total damage for working with Alliance Bankcard totals to $3090. Please use better judgement, they will cheat you.

We have a restaurant in Rowland Height and we use Alliance since 2012. Luke was my sales person at Alliance. He was always nice, responsive and available. He would promptly answer any questions we had. He followed up with us through the entire process. Luke is professional, courteous, patient, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend him to any business owner! No matter what time I call asking for help, they are always there. Actually when I signed up, Luke explained all the fees clearly. Compare to the other merchant services such as WF,BOA, they are the BEST!!!
