Thank you so much, Casa Financial, for securing yet another excellent home loan for us! About ten years ago we obtained our original home loan through you. A few years later our home's value was up significantly and we refinanced for the first time through Casa Financial, obtaining nearly $40,000 cash out while reducing the interest rate to just 2.25%. This cash was used to install a solar panel system over our garage. About three years ago our home's value had increased even more so we contacted your company and refinanced for a second time taking out nearly $140,000 while still keeping our interest rate at 2.25%! This cash was used for more home improvements and a brand new Tesla! Well, our son recently graduated high school and is now attending San Jose State University, majoring in Aviation. He's already an excellent sailplane pilot, and now he's about to solo again but this time in a Cessna 172. Before graduating from SJSU, he expects to earn a commercial pilot license enabling him to start flying jet airliners. Flight training costs are a substantial and additional expense while attending SJSU's outstanding aviation program. We turned to Casa Financial once again and we are so happy we did, they've never let us down! This time we needed an estimated $40,000 to $50,000 to help finance our son's flying costs over the next four years while he's working towards his commercial pilot license. Mortgage interest rates are way up from 2.25% and our home still had good amount of equity, so we decided a Home Equity Line Of Credit (HELOC) would work best to help cover all the flight training costs. We contacted Zindi and Jennifer at Casa Financial, and we cannot thank them enough for their expertise and invaluable service matching us with the best HELOC possible. We qualified for well over $50,000, but asked for a $50,000 HELOC rather than the maximum amount available.
Thank you again Brett, Jennifer, and Zindi! We know we've said this before but it is true again today, should we ever require your services again we will not hesitate to contact you! I originally purchased my home through Casa Financial Services and most recently have refinanced through Casa Financial Services. Each experience was exemplary. Brett Mills is thoroughly versed in Veteran's certification requirements and readily navigates through the VA System obtaining records expeditiously. I have experienced Brett and his long term staff as professional, honest and dedicated. Not once have I ever received the 'run around' or double speak from either Brett Mills or his staff. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and within a few hours. Never have I needed to call twice about an issue.
