I was looking for insurance and accidentally landed on neodirect where during my search for insurance, their website had an appointment for a call in 15 mins. So, I booked the call. Obviously that was system bug. But, still Martin helped me. He asked for 15 mins more before he could join, and after listening to me said I would need longer time, and he added his colleague Firat to the call.

We spent almost 90 mins. He listened to me patiently about my concerns and what I was looking for. And even though it was late in evening, he sent me some options immediately after our call. We spoke again the next day to clarify any further doubts I had.

This consultative approach really helped me make the right decision. I purchased the insurance.

The most important part is, even after the transaction was done Firat and neodirect was just a text message away. Very responsive and supportive in the journey. It is never easy with insurances and you need someone to help and guide you. And in the last 6 months, I always felt that neodirect was there, to help me with the best advice and intent.

This experience and customer centricity is very unique and an exception in Germany. By this time I had spoken to many brokers - and none came even 10% close to the support and service neodirect provided. It was an easy, and immensely good decision. They also have their internal online portal where you can access all your insurance documents at click of a button.

So, I would highly recommed neodirect, with Firat, Martin and team. If you are looking for insurance, you should talk to them and decide for yourself. I am pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

From the start, my experience with Neodirect has been nothing short of wonderful (compared to how all other german companies and people work when it comes to dealing with expats and their enquiries).

Neodirect and Firat in particular has been super helpful in answering all of my enquiries and making sure that i am clear before undertaking legal insurance.

They gave me comparisons with details and what would really suit based on my situation without fully imposing me on some package that would be over the top and with perks that are not needed.

They were really patient with me even though i wanted to understand the insurance policy in detail before signing on anything and they were understanding on this, especially Firat.

Honestly, i would highly recommend you go through them because it is rare to find such a great bunch of professionals and company in Germany that is considerate and kind as well as understanding towards your concerns.
